TERMS AND CONDITIONS – MATCHETT GROUP REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION CONTEST

  1. Eligibility
    • This contest is open to clients who complete and close any type of real estate transaction—including but not limited to residential, commercial, land, investment, or multifamily—through Matchett Group with Allied Realty Ltd., with their solicitor
    • Eligible transactions must involve one or more of the following representatives: Lori Matchett, Sydney Matchett, Kirsten Matchett, or Renee Duffy.
    • All individuals whose names appear on a valid listing agreement or an Agreement of Purchase and Sale are eligible,  provided the transaction meets the criteria below.

  2. How to Qualify
    • Vendor(s): The listed property must successfully close on or before September 30, 2026.
    • Purchaser(s): The purchased property must successfully close on or before September 30, 2026.
    • Each eligible individual listed on the qualifying agreement will receive one entry into the draw.

  3. Prize
    • One eligible entrant will win a $5000 travel voucher.
    • The travel voucher will be issued by The Terra Travel Group.
    • The travel voucher is subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions set by The Terra Travel Group which is separate from Matchett Group under Allied Realty Ltd.

  4. Draw Details
    • One draw will take place after September 30, 2026, once all qualifying closings have been confirmed.
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    • The winner will be contacted using the information provided in their transaction documents. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, another draw may be conducted.

  5. General Conditions
    • Contest is void where prohibited by law.
    • The prize is nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Matchett Group with Allied Realty Ltd. is not responsible for any travel issues, cancellations, or limitations related to the prize once issued by The Terra Travel Group.
    • By participating, entrants agree to allow Matchett Group with Allied Realty to use their name for the purpose of announcing the winner, unless prohibited by law.
    • Matchett Group with Allied Realty reserves the right to amend or terminate the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances, provided that any such changes do not materially reduce the chances of existing qualifying entrants.

  6. Acceptance of Terms
    • Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
